The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a(n) Technical Product Devt Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Overseeing the development of established Natural Language Processing content management tools

Coaching and mentoring development team members

Working with development teams, product owners and external stakeholders to set priorities and deliver results on time and with quality

Contributing as a working team member as necessary

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 7 years of software development experience, preferably using the Java or C# programming language

OR

High School Diploma/GED from AND 11 years of software development experience, preferably using the Java or C# programming language

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

1 year of experience as either a technical team leader or direct supervisor

1 year of experience in a cloud computing environment (preferably using AWS)

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Master's degree in Computer Science or related from an accredited institution

Experience with Natural Language Processing

Experience with medical coding systems such as ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, etc.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $137,439 - $167,981, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
