Our specialty hospitals provide critical care for patients in need of an extended recovery period, and our dedicated clinicians play a crucial role in the healing journey of chronic, critically ill, and medically complex patients.
As a Registered Nurse / RN, you will:
Deliver direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff to develop and implement nursing care plans.
Effectively communicate any changes in patients' clinical conditions to Physicians and Nursing Supervisors/Managers.
Contribute to the discharge planning process to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications:
Graduated from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing/Nursing Diploma program.
Current and valid RN state licensure.
BCLS certification is required; ACLS certification is preferred.
At least two years of Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
