Summary:

Vighter is recruiting multiple Operations Assistants to provide administrative support to the operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing tasks like data entry, scheduling, document management, inventory tracking, coordinating with different departments, and assisting with project implementation, ultimately contributing to overall operational efficiency and compliance with company standards; often working closely with the operations manager to identify areas for improvement and implement solution

Education, Licensure/Certification & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Maintains thorough knowledge of the business, as well as an understanding of how that impacts the other entities.
Monitor, coordinate, and communicate the strategic objectives of the business.
Collaborate and communicate successfully with other entities outside of the business.
Work collaboratively to develop a greater understanding of the business and any issues that arise.
Develop and foster relationships with the community and others as advised.
Collect, analyze, and utilize data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the relationship between the business and other entities.
Compile reports about specific incidents, events, or updates about important issues for the business.
Proactively solve conflicts and address issues that could potentially occur between the business and entities.
Promptly respond to incidents and other events as necessary/directed.
Act as a positive representation of the business and be available as needed.
Maintains confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
Uses independent judgement and initiative.
Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Must have exceptional customer service skills.
Employees shall be technically proficient in the skills necessary to fulfill the job requirements, including ability to speak, understand, read and write English fluently.

Duty Hours / On-call Requirements:

The corporate office is open 8 a.m.-5 p.m.; however, during times of rapid mobilization and coordination of travel, hours may be extended to include nights and weekends.

Travel:

As required to satisfy the contractual obligations. Generally, travel is limited to commute from residence to the worksite. Commute is non-compensatory. All official travel is government-funded.

Qualifications:

Must be able to walk, stand, bend, and/or sit for more than 8 hours per day.
Must be able to perform duties in a stressful and often austere environment without physical limitations.
Must be able to use an elevator or walk up and down stairs.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and carry up to 10 feet.
Must be able to routinely grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbows/knees and reach above and below shoulders.
Must be able to read and interpret handwritten and typewritten print.
Must be able to communicate by voice and detect sound by ear.
Must be willing to work day, night, weekdays, weekends, holidays, and overtime if necessary.
Must be able to perform duties in an indoor and/or outdoor environment.
Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation. Candidate must not have been convicted of, pled guilty to, pled nolo contender to, or received probation prior to judgment for any crime other than a minor traffic violation, the record of which has not been expunged.
Must undergo Urine Drug Screening (UDS).
