ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Work under the supervision of the Physician Support Manager.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
Display competency in job-related skills tailored to service our diverse customer populations.
Schedule and reschedule patient appointments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain organized account folders in line with departmental expectations.
Communicate regularly with assigned referring offices and relevant sales representatives.
Confirm that patients are cleared for specific diagnostic tests.
Collect and enter patient demographic and insurance details as necessary.
Have a foundational knowledge of commonly used concepts and procedures in healthcare.
Possess basic computer skills and an understanding of various insurance plans.
Follow established instructions and guidelines to perform job functions effectively.
Carry out other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Demonstrate competency in providing excellent customer service to our client populations.
Operate equipment and devices that ensure a safe and effective environment.
Adhere to departmental policies and procedures.
Preferred Languages:
English, Mandarin, and Vietnamese.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

A high school diploma and 2 years of experience in a related field are required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This position may involve lifting up to 40 pounds, sitting for extended periods, with frequent standing and walking.

DRESS ATTIRE:
Business casual or scrubs, depending on departmental requirements.
