This role is onsite in Houston - NO remote candidates will be considered!
Our client is embarking on a data analytics innovation project aimed at enhancing AI capabilities and are in search of a seasoned Project Manager as one of the leaders for this ambitious project on a contract basis. This role is designed for a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is skilled in turning complex data into strategic assets.
Qualifications:
MUST have experience with Dataiku
Manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively, integrating AI and machine learning technologies to meet project goals.
Work closely with data scientists, AI experts, and business units to deliver project outcomes within the contractual period.
Apply agile and scrum methodologies to manage project workflows, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
At least 5 years of project management experience, with substantial involvement in AI and data-driven projects.
Demonstrated expertise in managing agile AI projects that leverage Databricks, Data IKU, and AWS.
Proficient in Agile project management; Scrum Master certification is preferred.
Strong leadership and negotiation skills, capable of managing diverse teams and complex stakeholder relationships.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering; Master's degree is advantageous.
