Compensation: $24.00 - $32.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance with moderate physical exertion, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Work safely in wet and/or humid conditions, using personal protective equipment at all times.
Execute automation solutions for controlling plant processes.
Design and configure control systems, ensuring compliance with best practice standards.
Collaborate with the fix/support team to enhance reliability and provide training on completed projects.
Participate in training and development programs organized by HR, vendors, and external consultants.
Required Qualifications:
Permanent work authorization in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to troubleshoot various electrical and instrumentation systems.
Skilled in reading and analyzing electrical schematics.
Demonstrated strong communication and organizational skills.
Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Cargill.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Understanding of continuous and batch process control strategies.
Experience with PLC and HMI systems configuration and programming.
Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance practices.
Experience in Automation, Electrical, and/or Instrumentation with Allen-Bradley and Siemens.
