Baird 6 General Surgery:
M/S Tele RN, General Surgery, Baird 6, BLS; and NIHSS req., will float to other med/surg units; 2 weekends a month; patient population = general surgery; Exp.
in large teaching facility req Monday to Sunday; Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday
• License, or proof it is in process, must be included with the submission packet.
EPIC experience from within the past 12 months is required and nonnegotiable.

IVS to OFFER; This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit.
