This is a full-time, permanent position offering an incredible opportunity for qualified applicants with a $20,000 sign-on bonus.

Core Responsibilities:
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' conditions.
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients.
Supervise and mentor nursing and support staff during assigned shifts.
Determine appropriate staffing levels and assignments based on various factors including availability and patient needs.
Provide direct patient care as necessary.
Assist staff with problem-solving and support as needed.
Take on patient assignments to ensure adequate staffing.
Evaluate the effectiveness of patient care and address any issues affecting outcomes.
Handle complaints related to patient care through established channels.
Perform specific duties such as entering orders and coordinating admissions, discharges, and transfers.
Ensure staff have necessary equipment and supplies to deliver safe, quality patient care.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education:
Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required)
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
Required Licenses:
Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of Tennessee or in another compact state
Required Skills:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at the time of hire.
