Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:
Melakukan perencanaan pembelian berdasarkan forecast dan permintaan internal.
Mencari dan mengevaluasi supplier luar negeri (overseas supplier).
Melakukan negosiasi harga, kualitas, MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity), serta lead time pengiriman.
Membuat dan mengelola Purchase Order (PO).
Mengurus dokumen import seperti Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (BL), COO, dan dokumen pendukung lainnya.
Berkoordinasi dengan freight forwarder, PPJK, dan pihak bea cukai.
Memastikan kelancaran proses pengiriman barang sampai ke gudang.
Memantau status pengiriman dan memastikan barang datang tepat waktu.
Mengelola data pembelian dan dokumen import dengan rapi.
Membuat laporan pembelian, pengiriman, dan biaya import secara berkala.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim finance terkait pembayaran supplier.
