$5,000 Signing Bonus
Hourly Rate: $55 - $65, Plus Uncapped Bonus Plan

Position Qualifications:
Graduated from an accredited Hygiene Technical School or College
Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one upon employment)
Additional certifications such as CPR and local anesthesia certification
