Responsibilities:

The Spa Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Spa Director in the day-to-day operations of the spa facility.
Ensures the highest level of customer service, managing spa staff, overseeing administrative tasks, and maintaining the facility's cleanliness and organization.
Creates a relaxing and rejuvenating experiences for guests while also supporting the business goals of the spa.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests in the The Spa, according to company standards, anticipate and address guests service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
Responsible for managing the operations and financial stability of the spa.
Responsible for monitoring the spa budget and assuring expenditures are in alignment.
To oversee the day-to-day operations of the spas services and programs.
To ensure the experience for both guests and staff of the spa is of the highest caliber.
Develop, present, and maintain the spas annual budget, within the guidelines as approved.
Project and maintain acceptable payroll commitments per Spa Director.
Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training spa staff.
Use financial plans for spotting trends, measuring productivity and monitoring progress.
Control ongoing service and product margin analysis to ensure profitability.
Implement opportunities for managing operational costs and increasing the bottom-line profitability.
Maintain accurate records of spa bookings, payments, and guest information.
Address any staff performance issues or conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare reports on spa performance, including revenue, occupancy rates, and customer feedback.
Assist in developing and implementing spa policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
Administer staff and client scheduling for maximum revenue generation and profitability.
Deal with any guest requests and problems and satisfy their needs.
Be familiar with cultural differences to meet all different customer needs.
Handle all duties according to hotel policies, procedures, internal rules, and standards.
Follows all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the supervisor.
Completes safety training and certifications.
Develops and maintains positive working relationships with others, supports the team in reaching common goals, and listens and responds appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
Ensures uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, and maintains confidentiality of proprietary information.
Performs other reasonable job duties as requested by the Spa Director.

Qualifications:

Hospitality oriented
Experience of min. 3 years on management in the spa industry.
Excellent communication and organization.
