IT Manager

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall management of our IT infrastructure, including network set up, LAN/WAN, IT security, troubleshooting IT issues, and setting up workstations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including network set up, LAN/WAN, IT security, troubleshooting IT issues, and setting up workstations
• Ensure the company's network and systems are secure and up-to-date with the latest security protocols
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the company's IT infrastructure
• Manage and lead our IT vendor
• Oversee the installation and configuration of software and hardware, including servers, workstations, and printers
• Manage and maintain the company's website and other online platforms
• Provide technical support to end-users and ensure that all IT issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends and make recommendations to senior management for new technologies or upgrades to the current infrastructure

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT management and IT security, troubleshooting IT issues, and setting up workstations
• Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, security, and software
• Experience with Outlook 365, SharePoint
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with project management and budgeting
