Descripción General:
Proporcionar a los participantes los conocimientos informáticos básicos en los siguientes programas (Word, Excel, Publisher, Internet y Power Point).
También proporcionarán experiencia en el uso de computadoras, desarrollo y programación de aplicaciones y experiencias de robótica.
Desarrollar un programa de pasantías y becas con empresas locales para ayudar a nuestros participantes en la exploración de carreras en el campo STEM.
Tares y responsabilidades del puesto:
1.
Proporcionar a los participantes los conocimientos básicos de informática en los siguientes programas (Word, Excel, Publisher, Internet y Power Point).
2.
Proporcionar experiencia en el uso de computadoras, desarrollo y programación de aplicaciones y experiencias de robótica.
3.
Desarrollar un programa de pasantías o becas con empresas locales para ayudar a nuestros participantes en la exploración de carreras en el campo STEM.
4.
Tiene un plan de lección (objetivos, temas y actividades) para cada sesión de clase, organiza el tiempo apropiado para una lección y presenta la lección de una manera lógica y secuencial.
Desarrolla planes de lecciones y unidades, con metas y objetivos.
5.
Proporciona instrucción individualizada, en grupos pequeños y en grupos grandes con el fin de satisfacer las necesidades de cada estudiante.
6.
Involucra a los estudiantes en el aprendizaje a través de las mejores estrategias de prácticas de enseñanza para lograr resultados positivos.
7.
Organizar los procedimientos y rutinas del salón de clases y manejar el comportamiento de los estudiantes.
8.
Mantiene registros apropiados del progreso del estudiante, prepara informes y comunica el progreso.
9.
Mantiene un ambiente de clase seguro, limpio y cómodo.
Explica cuidadosamente los objetivos, las políticas, las reglas básicas y las políticas de calificación al comienzo del Programa.
10.
Selecciona y ordena suministros, materiales y recursos educativos.
11.
Realiza diversas tareas no relacionadas con la instrucción, incluida la asistencia diaria, entre otras.
12.
Supervisa el progreso de los estudiantes a través de evaluaciones formales e informales regulares.
13.
Participa en el trabajo del comité, actividades familiares y actividades estudiantiles patrocinadas.
Experiencia, Educación, Conocimientos & Habilidades:
§ Bachillerato en Ciencias de Computadoras, Educación o tecnología, programación o campo relacionado a la informática.
§ Educación y formación:
conocimiento de los principios y métodos para el diseño de currículos y formación, la enseñanza y la instrucción para individuos y grupos, y la medición de los efectos de la formación.
