Consultant(e) en Transformation Digitale - Bureau de Nantes Sia Partners réinvente le métier du conseil et apporte un regard innovant et des résultats concrets à ses clients.

Dans le cadre de son développement dans la région, Sia Partners souhaite recruter localement dans les deux ans à venir une quinzaine deconsultants pour son bureau de Nantes.
Vous serez intégré(e) à l'équipe Technology Advantage qui intervient auprès de l'ensemble des secteurs d'activités (transport, énergie, banque & assurance, secteur public…) dans le cadre de transformations liées au virage numérique :
data management, stratégie IT, nouvelles technologies (IoT, 5G, RPA, IA, blockchain), technologies émergentes (quantum computing), cloud computing, APIsation des SI, gestion de grands programmes, cybersécurité…
Encadré(e) par des consultants expérimentés, vous interviendrez au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire sur des missions de nature très variée telles que :
1- Organisation & Gouvernance :
transformation des organisations et de leur modèleopérationnel
2- Stratégie opérationnelle et projets transformation :
Définition de la stratégie et de la feuille de route
Cadrage et pilotage de programmes / projets, accompagnement au déploiement
3- Performance opérationnelle :
Définition / optimisation de l'expérience client, des processus métiers et des parcours utilisateurs
Excellence opérationnelle (Lean Management)
Audit/Diagnostic et recommandations (organisation, processus, gouvernance, cartographie des risques…)
4- Performance économique :
Business Cases, Benchmarks, optimisation financière
Vous serez également amené(e) à vous impliquer dans la vie interne du cabinet , autour de différents sujets :
Le développement et le renforcement de nos offres au travers de formations, de groupes de travail, de diffusion de support internes et externes,
Le développement de nouvelles opportunités au travers de réponses aux appels d'offres et de propositions commerciales
La politique de publication de l'équipe (rédaction d'articles, décryptage…)
Diplômé(e) d'une grande école d'ingénieur, de commerce, ou d'une grande université, vous justifiez idéalement d'une première expérience réussie dans le conseil ou dans le secteur de la transformation ou de l'innovation (stage ou premier emploi).
Vous souhaitez intervenir au sein de l'équipe Technology Advantage sur des sujets passionnants pour accompagner les transformations de nos clients.
Vous souhaitez développer une expertise mêlant des dimensions métier, technologique, organisationnelle et innovation.
Vous êtes doté(e) d'une capacité à travailler en équipe, d'une ouverture d'esprit, d'un sens de l'analyse et vous souhaitez rejoindre un environnement professionnel motivant où vous partagerez nos valeurs que sont l'excellence, l'entrepreneuriat, l'innovation, la culture du partage, la bienveillance, l'équilibre vie personnelle / vie professionnelle.
