The Condado Collection es una coleccin de propiedades de hospitalidad en Puerto Rico, desde hoteles de lujo clsico y moderno, hasta restaurantes y entretenimiento.
La Concha Resort es un resort de lujo moderno en Condado, Puerto Rico con historia desde el 1958. Preparar la estacin adecuadamente y a tiempo para cada perodo de servicio.
Asegurarse de que toda la comida se prepare segn las recetas designadas por el supervisor.
Garantizar que la calidad y cantidad de la comida sean correctas.
Asegurarse de que la comida se enve al rea correcta a tiempo.
Cocinar alimentos y preparar platos de alta calidad de manera oportuna segn las recetas/menu.
Seguir de cerca y adherirse a los grficos de produccin.
Despus del servicio, apagar y limpiar reas de preparacin, como equipos, superficies de trabajo y reas de servicio, para asegurar prcticas seguras y sanitarias de manipulacin de alimentos.
Garantizar la frescura de los alimentos e ingredientes mediante la verificacin de la calidad, llevando un registro de los artculos nuevos y viejos, y rotando el stock.
Asegurarse de que los alimentos se almacenen y cocinen a la temperatura correcta regulando la temperatura de hornos, parrillas y asadores.
Sazonar y cocinar alimentos segn recetas o juicio personal y experiencia.
Pesar, medir y mezclar ingredientes segn las recetas.
Estimar el consumo esperado de alimentos, requisar o comprar suministros, o adquirir alimentos del almacenamiento.
Consultar con el personal supervisorio para planificar mens, teniendo en cuenta factores como costos y necesidades especiales de eventos.
Mantener registros y cuentas.
Comprender el impacto de la operacin de cocina en las metas financieras generales de la propiedad.
Desarrollar y mantener relaciones laborales positivas con los dems, apoyar al equipo para alcanzar metas comunes, y escuchar y responder adecuadamente a las preocupaciones de otros empleados.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de las expectativas y estndares de calidad.
Realizar otras tareas laborales razonables segn lo solicitado por el gerente.
Orientado a la hospitalidad.
Capaz de manejar situaciones difciles de manera efectiva.
Debe trabajar bien bajo presin, incluso con supervisin mnima.

Establece y mantiene relaciones abiertas y colaborativas con los empleados, y asegura que los empleados hagan lo mismo dentro del equipo.
Debe poseer buenas habilidades de comunicacin en espaol e ingls.
