The Condado Collection es una coleccin de propiedades de hospitalidad en Puerto Rico, desde hoteles de lujo clsico y moderno, hasta restaurantes y entretenimiento.
La Concha Resort es un resort de lujo moderno en Condado, Puerto Rico con historia desde el 1958. Recibir y reconocer a todos los huspedes de acuerdo con los estndares de la empresa, anticipar y atender las necesidades de servicio de los huspedes, y agradecer a los huspedes con genuina apreciacin.
Atender a los huspedes en la recepcin proporcionando el nivel ms alto de servicio posible de manera eficiente, corts y profesional.
Realizar todas las tareas de acuerdo con las polticas, procedimientos, reglas internas y estndares del hotel.
Conocer las operaciones diarias del hotel, revisar el listado de eventos diarios, los tableros de anuncios y estar al tanto de todos los cambios, nuevos procedimientos y eventos.
Estacionar los autos y brindar asistencia con el equipaje a todos los huspedes.
Debe ser capaz de subir y bajar colinas de manera continua y permanecer en el puesto durante perodos prolongados.
Seguir todas las polticas y procedimientos de seguridad y proteccin de la empresa; informar sobre accidentes, lesiones y condiciones de trabajo inseguras al gerente; y completar la capacitacin y certificaciones de seguridad.
Desarrollar y mantener relaciones laborales positivas con los dems, apoyar al equipo para alcanzar metas comunes y escuchar y responder adecuadamente a las preocupaciones de otros empleados.
Realizar otras tareas razonables segn lo solicitado por los Supervisores.
Orientado a la hospitalidad.
Licencia de Conducir vigente.
Debe ser capaz de levantar hasta 60 lbs. de manera regular y continua, empujar y tirar de carritos/equipos que pesen hasta 250 lbs., y ser capaz de agacharse, detenerse, hacer sentadillas y estirarse para cumplir con las tareas de limpieza y manejo de equipaje.
Debe ser capaz de soportar temperaturas clidas/hmedas realizando tareas fsicas.
Capaz de manejar situaciones difciles de manera efectiva.
Capaz de trabajar de manera rpida y eficiente, especialmente bajo presin.
Flexibilidad para trabajar en diversos turnos, incluidos noches, fines de semana y das festivos.
Totalmente bilinge (espaol e ingls).
