Programa de Pasantías en Ingeniería (PPI)
¿Cuál es tu rol en Johnson Controls? Johnson Controls te invita a participar en una pasantía en nuestras oficinas ubicadas en San José, Costa Rica.
Este programa está diseñado para brindarte una experiencia positiva de trabajo/capacitación y objetivos desafiantes para el inicio de tu carrera profesional.
El pasante, bajo la supervisión de un líder y el acompañamiento de onboarding partner, dará soporte en creación de dibujos previos al diseño, dibujos de presentación y de dibujos As-Built basados en los estándares y / o marcas del cliente; solicitud de propuestas de trabajo en cuanto a creación de lista de materiales, podrá brindar apoyo en dibujos de diseño de postventa y paquete de ingeniería y brindar apoyo a los equipos de ingeniería internos y externos en proyectos.
Durante tu pasantía se te asignará un área específica de ingeniería como Fire Protection/Detection, Electronic Security o Buildings Controls.
No obstante, tendrás la posibilidad de conocer acerca de cada una de ellas en los diferentes workshops técnicos y los espacios de socialización de conocimientos de los diferentes equipos.

Duración:
Esta será una pasantía con un total de 800 horas durante las cuales podrás realizar proyectos con atribuciones y responsabilidades asignadas, que complementarán profesionalmente tu formación académica, y te permitirán experimentar la práctica de los conocimientos teóricos adquiridos durante los estudios.
Esta es una posición híbrida.
