Staff are connected and part of a team of caring, hard-working professionals!What will I do?As a Certified Nursing Assistant, working through 5 Star Staffing at one of the Redstone campuses you will be supporting the Redstone mission with the following responsibilities:
Care for residents in nursing and personal care/assisted living departments while keeping them safe and comfortable during their activities of daily living.Provide care and services to residents as defined by individualized care plans.
Care and services include, but are not limited to:
ADL assistance, mobility assistance, positioning assistance and feeding assistance.What do I need for this role?Current and valid PA Nursing Assistant Certification.At least 2 years' experience in a LTC facility or nursing home.Additional Information:
Request 4 days OFF in a 28-day schedule; could use PTO for additional requests, if available in bank.Cannot be scheduled more than 48 hours on the weekend; minimum is 24 hours required.Holiday requirement (1 winter holiday).Assigned additional shiftsThe position will receive overtime pay for hours actually worked over forty (40) hours in a work week.Orientations, continuing education and required meetings will be paid at the wage rate in effect.
Attendance at education sessions and required meeting will be scheduled by the Staffing Supervisor.The position is not eligible for shift and/or weekend differentials.The position is not available for any shift incentives.We are excited and proud to announce, Redstone Presbyterian SeniorCare is a Great Place to Work Certified Organization!
