Disabled Veterans Solutions (DVS) is a nationally provider of full-service enterprise level call center solutions. • Required Qualifications, Education and Experience:
•

• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in typing, data entry, and navigating multiple online resources.

• Experience in Benefit Administration or Case Management

• High quality customer service skills

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• High standards for Reliability and Dependability

• Previous call center experience preferred

• Post-secondary education preferred

• Ability to successfully pass a thorough background check, to include criminal background, credit history, and drug screen
