What You Will Get To Do:
Responsible for providing analytical and strategic support to our Marketing business units
Focus on generating comprehensive data metrics and delivering key insights to stakeholders to optimize campaign and tactic performance
Partner with Marketing Automations, Web Development and Paid Media to align on core business needs and implement marketing workflows to create a standardized approach for campaign execution and analysis
Manage and transform large datasets from complex systems to produce actionable insights
Apply relational data modeling concepts to identify key data points from various enterprise and third-party sources and normalizes the results into comprehensive datasources for reporting and analysis
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor's degree with a focus in Business, Marketing, Computer Information Systems or Statistics is preferred
4-6 years of experience working within a Data Analytics/Business Analytics environment
2-3 years experience using BI tools such as Tableau (preferred), Power BI, or similar
Demonstrated experience using SQL or other query languages with large relational databases
Experience with enterprise marketing technology platforms like the Adobe Experience Cloud, Marketo Measure and Marketo Engage
In-depth experience using Google Analytics, GA4, GoogleAds, Looker Studio or similar platforms
Familiar with marketing multi-touch attribution modeling
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced experience with Excel
Salesforce experience is required
Experience implementing data source connections and APIs (preferred)
