$27.74 - $45.46/hr, based on experience.
$2.50/hr evening differential.
$3.00/hr night differential.
$3.00/hr weekend differential.

Join our vibrant Surgical Unit team at Norman Regional! We are seeking both new graduates and experienced RNs who excel in fast-paced environments and possess a strong commitment to compassionate clinical care. Our unit consists of 32 beds, caring for both surgical and nonsurgical patients. As an RN, you will utilize the nursing process for assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation while collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and assess patient needs.
Analyze assessment data and establish care goals.
Plan and prioritize care strategies, implementing effective interventions.
Delegate tasks safely, providing comprehensive nursing care while evaluating patient responses to interventions.
Perform additional nursing duties in line with your advanced knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN or MSN preferred.
Experience: Previous healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
(Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.)
Licensure / Certification:
Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license or active Multistate RN license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) training is required during orientation before delivering patient care.
Maintain current BLS certification throughout employment.
New graduates must complete Norman Regional's Nurse Residency Program.
