LPN Job Specification:
Providing direct care and support to residents in a healthcare facility.
LPN
Responsibilities:
Providing great patient care.
Manages patient care according to each patients needs.
Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
Provides routine care for patients.
Assists physicians and registered nurses.
Communicates with patients and their families.
Performs standard diagnostic procedures.
Administers medications.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Valid LPN license in the state of Ohio.
BLS or Current CPR certification (American Heart Association).
Ability to think and work independently and with direction, and communicate with staff members in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
