The

Avante at Lake Worth

Occupational Therapist will provide and direct services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication. Functions under physicians' orders.
Ability to assess residents in need of skilled occupational therapy intervention.
Ability to document daily care as per established guidelines.

Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
