We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team onsite in New York City. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with business goals, technical strategy, and best practices. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to drive innovation, scalability, and performance across the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and architecture of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using best practices and the Salesforce ecosystem.
Define and enforce architectural standards and guidelines, including data models, integration patterns, and security protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and stakeholder alignment.
Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and roadmap.
Lead technical design sessions and produce design documents detailing solution architecture.
Oversee system integrations, data migrations, and third-party app implementations.
Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
7+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years in a Solution Architect or Technical Lead role.
Proven experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform custom development.
Salesforce certifications required: Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect; Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
Strong understanding of data modeling, system architecture, and data security on Salesforce.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
