Senior UI Developer - Remote / Telecommute

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test and implement technical solutions based on business requirements and strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with other Development teams members to deliver modern, flexible, animated and responsive User experience.
  • Work with AEM developers to develop reusable components and editable templates.
  • Propose solutions to maintain a minimum number of AEM components and develop reusable , flexible, bootstrap based UI.
  • Use and share bootstrap standards & guidelines to help AEM authors to develop sites with reusable components.
  • Work collaboratively with QA, DevOPS teams to adopt CI/CD tool chain and develop automation.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize and enhance existing systems.
  • Communicate with technical and non-technical groups on a regular basis as part of product/project support.
Technical Qualifications:
  • UI developer with 6+ years of experience designing and building responsive web applications using bootstrap, Javascript/JQuery, HTML, CSS, browser developer tools and command line tools, Angular, React, Typescript, RxJS, NPM.
  • Excellent prototyping skills using wireframes or any design tools.
  • Excellent understanding of system integration.
  • Great track record of implementing distributed systems with legacy and modern technical tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Motivated and driven by achieving long-term business outcomes.
  • Motivated and driven by achieving long-term business outcomes.
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Extensive UI development experience with the following technologies: MVC, bootstrap, Javascript/JQuery, HTML, CSS, browser developer tools and command line tools, Angular, React, Typescript, RxJS, NPM.
  • Capable of effectively planning, prioritizing and executing tasks utilizing resources and tools.
  • Experience working with continuous integration and delivery.
  • Experience working with frameworks like bootstrap.
  • Experience working with UX tools like figma or Adobe XD.
  • Experience working with source control tools like TFS, GIT etc.
  • Experience working on client scripting tools like jQuery, Angular JS, Typescript, RxJs.
  • Experience in writing unit tests using VS Tests, Jasmin/Karma.
  • Good to have AEM experience.
