Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
Must hold an active and valid State of New Hampshire RN license.

Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support) - required
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - required
NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) - recommended

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of nursing experience preferred.
Must have experience in Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Stepdown with telemetry proficiency.

Skills:

Strong analytical and mathematical ability.
Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written.
High level of interpersonal skills and professionalism.

Job Summary

We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our patient care team. As a key member of the healthcare team, the RN is responsible for delivering high-quality direct and indirect patient care in accordance with the nursing process across assigned units. The role includes comprehensive patient assessments at admission, formulation and implementation of individualized care plans, and collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, current status, and diagnostic test reviews (e.g., labs, x-rays).
Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with physicians.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions.
Provide education and support to patients and families.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Schedule & Uniform

All positions require every other weekend rotation.
Holiday availability is required.
Nurses must wear navy blue scrubs.
