Estamos buscando talento en Planta Naucalpan para la posición de:
Posición: No gerencial.
Disponibilidad: Inmediata.
Esquema de trabajo: Tiempo Completo con horarios flexibles.
Perfil Requerido: Preferentemente Ingeniería
Requerimientos: Experiencia comprobable de 1 a 5 años en puestos similares de Seguridad Técnica en Planta.
La aptitud técnica se complementa con capacitación y calificación para asegurarse de que la persona tenga los conocimientos técnicos adecuados para tener éxito. La seguridad de procesos se centra en la identificación, evaluación, prevención y protección contra incendios, explosiones, sobrepresión/vacío y peligros de liberación y reacción química. Esto se logra a través de una metodología sistémica y establecida de evaluación y cuantificación de riesgos llamada "Estudio de Seguridad de Procesos". Existen cálculos manuales y en hojas de cálculo para cuantificar los riesgos y dimensionar dispositivos de protección como respiraderos, desbordamientos, válvulas de alivio, etc. La persona debe ser capaz de aprender y sentirse cómoda con estos cálculos y análisis a medida que adquiere más experiencia en el rol.
Evaluar riesgos y especificar medidas de prevención y protección para cambios en procesos, servicios públicos, productos químicos y equipos.
Completar BPSRs (Business Process Safety Reviews) y estudios de seguridad de procesos para la Planta de México.
Proporcionar aportes sobre seguridad de procesos para proyectos, iniciativas y ORA (Operational Risk Assessment) en las Plantas de México.
Brindar soporte técnico para consultas de control de cambios en las plantas de México.
Especificar dispositivos de seguridad necesarios e incluirlos en los P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams).
Revisar y actualizar los P&ID en Autocad.
Aplicar las leyes, códigos y regulaciones aplicables (normatividad mexicana, códigos NFPA y ASME).
Completar las listas de verificación técnicas de diseño y construcción (D&C) y operación y mantenimiento (O&M), y respaldar auditorías internas y externas.
Mantener actualizado el diagrama eléctrico de la planta para las plantas de México.
Mantener actualizados los estudios de seguridad de combustión para las plantas de Mariscala, Naucalpan y Vallejo.
Completar revisiones requeridas de estudios de seguridad de procesos y BPSRs.
Revisar los estudios de seguridad realizados por contratistas.
Determinar si los dispositivos están instalados y probados correctamente, con los métodos de prueba, frecuencias y puntos de ajuste correctos.
Brindar soporte en consultas técnicas del sistema de soldadura.
Brindar soporte en consultas técnicas sobre el sistema de recipientes a presión y verificar su clasificación y archivos correctos.
Capacitar y desarrollar habilidades técnicas de seguridad en las plantas de México.

Preferentemente Ingeniería Concluida
Experiencia comprobable de 1 a 5 años en puestos similares de seguridad técnica
