Become a vital part of our dynamic healthcare team! We're seeking a passionate and skilled Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or Doctor of Osteopathy, to deliver exceptional patient care across primary, emergency, and senior settings. Make a real impact! This position requires a strong commitment to patient health and well-being, along with the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Duties
Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations, including taking medical histories and performing physical examinations.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory tests and imaging studies.
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
Provide patient education on health management, disease prevention, and treatment options.
Perform medical procedures as required, including phlebotomy, catheterization, tube feeding, and other necessary interventions.
Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems like Epic.
Participate in data collection for quality improvement initiatives and public health programs.
Assist in managing acute and chronic medical conditions within a medical-surgical environment.
Skills
Proficiency in phlebotomy techniques and experience with electronic health record systems (Epic).
Strong background in medical-surgical practices and senior care management.
Ability to collect data effectively for clinical assessments and public health initiatives.
Knowledge of primary care protocols and emergency medicine procedures.
Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Capability to perform advanced clinical procedures such as tube feeding and catheterization.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
