AbleLight Inc.
is conducting a search for volunteer Board of Directors with significant health care operations leadership expertise who reside in our states of greatest operations:
California, Colorado, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Oregon, or Washington.
AbleLight Inc.
is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in ten states.
Through Christian love, AbleLight whole-heartedly supports and advocates for all people with Developmental Disabilities to ensure security, dignity, and hope.
The AbleLight Board provides fiduciary oversight of AbleLight.
Directors are expected to actively engage in quarterly regular Board meetings (two are in-person and two are virtual), occasional special meetings, task forces and other Board support for AbleLight.
Directors are unpaid volunteers.
AbleLight pays for all travel and other expenses and provides administrative support.
Directors are elected to a three-year term and are eligible for additional terms.
