Supplemental Health Care is seeking Registered Nurses in Standish, Michigan with 1 year of recent OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits for contract assignments with a partnering home health care provider. Local or travel, we want to connect you with assignments that fuel the miracles within your life.

Home Health RN Contract Details:

$1,900 - $2,086 per week*
13-week contract
SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
Nurse will have a designated territory of coverage
Average weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity
Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits

Requirements:

OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits Experience
Electronic Charting experience
Minimum of 1 year of recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
Current Michigan RN License
American Heart Association BLS
Valid U.S. Driver's License
