We are seeking Mid/Sr. Java Developers in Bethesda, MD for full-time positions.

Role & Responsibilities:
Experience in full lifecycle development of J2EE applications, including specifying, building, and deploying on application servers and web services applications.
Solid knowledge of XML/JAXP.
Experience in analysis including Rational Unified Process (RUP), domain modeling, use cases, data patterns, etc.
Strong relational database knowledge, especially Oracle, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and best practices.
Design skills including infrastructure and feature definition, componentization, object-oriented design using UML, UI design, and API development for system integration.
Experience with UNIX, Linux, Windows NT platforms.
Familiarity with tools like Eclipse, Rational Rose, Visio, Toad, SVN.
Ability to quickly understand business domain knowledge.
Good verbal and written communication skills, including documentation.
Team player willing to collaborate with domain experts, developers, and team leaders.
