Business Integra Inc is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Boston, Massachusetts.

Travel RN Case Manager MS/T Unit Schedule:
4x10 hour day shifts (40 Hours/week), rotating days with no set day off.
Every 6th weekend required.
No major holidays.
Unit Overview:
Menino 7 West is a Med/Surg and Stroke unit providing acute inpatient care.
The Case Manager (CM) will work with 1822 patients, coordinating a collaborative care process that includes assessment, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
The CMs focus is on optimizing health outcomes, managing length of stay (LOS), and ensuring efficient use of hospital resources.
Required Experience:
Minimum 3 years of acute inpatient Case Management experience In-depth knowledge of:
Current MS (Medical-Surgical) patterns of practice Acute care methods Physical/mental impairment assessment Characteristics of illness and treatment expectations Benefits, insurance plan contracts, eligibility, and requirements Preferred Experience:
5 years in Utilization Management (UM) and Case Management (CM) Experience using EPIC Required Certifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Preferred Certifications:
Certified Case Manager (CCM) or similar certification Key Responsibilities:
