the front of the house by making sure coffee is made, all condiments are filled, plates, cups, to go containers, sugar/artificial sweetener, creamers, etc.
Prints all 3 meals of special diet labels and makes sure has all of the dietary request sheets from each unit.
Answers phone with a polite and respectful manner Prepares unit carts based on guidelines and expectations.
Places labels on to go containers by each unit.
Each diet is placed on the cart according to what Unit the patient is on.
Informs the utility person when carts are ready for the units.
Prepares salads.
Provides the cook with counts of special diets for the lunch and Adolescent orders.
Prepares bags for the Green St.
lunches.
Makes sure there are enough condiments needed for lunch service and removes the plastic knives from the line and assists the PM diet aide as needed.
In between lunch service, prepares the snack bags for all units.
