Business Integra Inc is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Boston, Massachusetts.

Occupational Therapist - Outpatient Rehab
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours/week
No weekends or major holidays required
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services in a fast-paced outpatient clinic
Primarily treat patients with orthopedic conditions, with occasional neuro cases
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs and OTs
Maintain a productivity goal of 65%, seeing approximately 10-12 patients per day
Communicate effectively with patients and team members
Manage time efficiently and adapt to changing schedules
Requirements:
Massachusetts OT License (active)
BLS for Healthcare Providers certification
Minimum 1 year of experience in an outpatient setting
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience treating orthopedic and neurological conditions
Strong interpersonal and time management skills
Comfortable working with a diverse patient population
