Summary:

Reporting to the Program Manager and under written referral of a physician and in collaboration with other rehab staff, is responsible for the evaluation of patients' clinical status, assessment of their rehabilitation potential according to age appropriate guidelines and the design and implementation of age appropriate treatment programs to maximize patient's level of function.
Counsels and educates inpatients and outpatients in the rehabilitation setting.
Onboarding Process:
Please be advised that candidates must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment health screening which includes a drug screen.
Requirements:

1.
BS/MS in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
2.
Valid Massachusetts PT license and AHA CPR certification.
3.
Positive attitude
Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce.
If you are offered this position and must be vaccinated under any applicable law, you will be required to show proof of full vaccination or obtain an approval of a religious or medical exemption prior to your start date.
If you receive an exemption from the vaccination requirement, you will be required to submit to regular testing in accordance with the law.
