We are proud to be one of the premier Cat Only hospitals located in historic Arlington, Massachusetts and our growing hospital includes a board certified Veterinary Ophthalmologist offering medical and surgical services as well as two full time General Practice Veterinarians.VCA City Cats Hospital is a newly renovated facility equipped with feline friendly reception and exam rooms, and state of the art dental and surgical suites.
Our newly redesigned boarding area includes comfortable condo-style accommodations with views of downtown Arlington to satisfy even this most discriminating of our feline friends.The successful candidate will be a believer in the possibilities of high quality veterinary medicine and patient care-with the expertise and technical know-how to make them happen.
Credentials preferred, as well as experience with low-stress and/or Fear Free handling and restraint techniques.

You've worked hard for your credentials (CVT, RVT, LVT) and we want you to use the knowledge that you've invested your time and talent in.
The skills that you will be utilizing include, but are not limited to:
• Physical examinations and patient assessment+ Anesthesia monitoring+ Surgical preparation and assisting+ Radiology+ Laboratory work+ Venipuncture+ Catheter placement+ Pharmacy+ Patient recovery+ Compassionate care of our hospitalized animals
• The salary range for this position is $21- $26 / hour based on experience.
