The Opportunity

The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements and working closely with medical, marketing, sales and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

The Role

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategies in Turkey for the existing and launch products consistent with company sales and marketing strategies, including annual and long-term strategic and local plans.
  • Develop ongoing liaison with key opinion leaders and healthcare organisations to ensure that significant developments in the field are identified and monitored.
    Take an active role in KOL management plans.
  • Provide marketing support for national and international congresses, symposia, workshops, satellite symposia and other educational/promotional/ scientific meetings.
  • Responsible for the development of all printed and digital promotional materials in conjunction with marketing, medical and in collaboration with the local commercial teams and ensure the effective usage of Veeva platform
  • Manages agreed components of the marketing budget for the assigned products.
  • In conjunction with Medical Affairs, establish and execute product training for regional account managers, organize cycle meetings for the marketing training of regional account managers, support sales team for the implementation of marketing activities to reach sales objectives.
  • Demonstrate the highest standards of ethical behaviour and support the Company's Corporate Compliance Policy.

Skills and experience

  • University degree in life sciences or medicine.
  • Ideally 4-5 years of experience in marketing in pharmaceutical industry.
  • Pharmaceutical product management experience (strategic and tactical marketing).
  • Experience of working with complex therapies, rare diseases and/or blood products would be an advantage.
  • Through your strong communication skills you have the ability to condense complex medical topics into marketing messages and convince through knowledge and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate high ethical standards, integrity and proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Mother tongue Turkish, fluency in English both in oral and written communication.
  • Requested to travel (approximately 40% of time).
