Power, Control & Information Systems Manager (PC&IS)

Managerial full-time position

Start date: As soon as possible

Work schedule: full-time with flexible working hours

Profile: Electrical, Control, Computer Engineering degrees preferred. Other BS/MS Engineering degrees (Chemical, Mechanical) will be considered with relevant practical experience in electrical engineering.

Qualifications: 1 to 4 years in similar roles as PC&IS Supervisor, PC&IS Coordinator.

From the beginning, you will be leading meaningful projects and guiding teams that will impact the production of globally recognized branded products.

Your role as a PC&IS Manager:

Lead current and future engineering projects; the scope will include power system, controls platforms, servo systems, robotics, networks infrastructure and cyber security delivering outstanding and highly efficient systems at our manufacturing sites.
Provide technical leadership in leading utilities systems' hardware and software design and in developing other junior engineers and technical resources - both in projects as well as in day-to-day operations.
Lead and align the resources and efforts in the PC&IS area to ensure the proper functioning of the electrical and control systems that govern the production and packaging processes of the plant.
Manage and improve the plant's production data acquisition system and control network.
You will handle the compliance of the safety standards of the plant counting with the vital certification to perform electrical work.
Key player for guarantee the Good Manufacturing Practices (BPF) in the manufacturing products. How? Giving feedback on the change controls, during the design stage, owning the action plans derived from investigations of quality events, deviations or nonconformities on the area of operations, and finally, respecting and supervising compliance with the standards of cleanliness, behavior and clothing established in the different areas.

Job Qualifications

Eligible to work in Irapuato Plant.
With 1 to 4 years of experience in similar roles.
Team orientation, 'can-do 'attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results
Operate with technical excellence while collaborating effectively with others
Strong leadership, innovation and interpersonal collaboration skills.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
