Cost Engineering Capital Systems & Forecasting Manager (CSM) - Irapuato Plant

Managerial full-time position

Start date: As soon as possible.

Work schedule: full-time with flexible working hours

Profile: Engineering degrees preferred. Finance degrees will be considered with relevant practical experience in project management.

Qualifications: 1 to 4 years in similar roles as Capital Systems, Internal Controls Coordinator, Project Manager.

From the beginning, you will be leading meaningful projects and guiding teams that will impact the production of globally recognized branded products.

Your role as a CSM Manager:

Ensure compliance with the plant's investment plans.
Create and execute a tracking plan for Project Manager Certifications in Project Manager skills.
Ensure internal and external compliance with controls and regulations related to the management of Capital, Fixed Assets and management of imports and exports associated with capital.
Develop CSM capability in the organization for resource optimization. Developing continuous training and coaching new Project Managers.
Ensure CSM knowledge is renewed in a constant basis for the Experience PMs.
Ensure the correct application of Capital systems in 100% of site capital projects. Promote and coordinate the use of capital management tools and teamwork.
Ensure timely information on the financial status for AE's and Appropriations of the site.
Develop and manage annual capital budget at plant level. Working effectively with external organizations in the pre-authorized capital for the site.
Manage project cost controls. Ensure effective work and communication with capital project owners.
Network with the Purchasing, Finance and Global BU Capital Management department.
Ensure correct classification between Capital and Expenditure of projects.

Job Qualifications

Eligible to work in Irapuato.
With 1 to 4 years of experience in similar roles.

Operate with technical excellence while collaborating effectively with others.
Strong leadership, innovation, and interpersonal collaboration skills.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
