Your Responsibilities:
Assess and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional challenges
Develop and execute customized care plans
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation to comply with all regulatory standards
Ensure all physician orders are current and properly documented
Qualifications:
Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT)
Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
Excellent communication and organizational skills
New graduates are encouraged to apply! Mentorship is provided
