Position: RN - Registered Nurse
Location: St. Joseph Village of Chicago, part of Franciscan Ministries, 4021 W Belmont Ave, Chicago, IL 60641
Shift Options:
Part Time Mornings 7am-3pm / Part Time Overnight 11pm-7:30am / Part Time Evenings 3pm-11pm
Salary Range:
RN: $38 - $44 per hour

About Us
In this rewarding role, you will provide direct nursing care and oversee the daily activities of certified nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, along with our facility policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise certified nursing assistants in delivering top-notch resident care.
Follow a holistic nursing model to support the overall well-being of residents.
Monitor resident status and communicate effectively with physicians and families.
Administer medications and perform necessary treatments as directed by physicians.
Conduct regular rounds to ensure resident needs are met and staff are fulfilling their roles.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve comprehensive care for residents.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
Position Requirements:
Education: A nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
Licenses/Certifications: Current unrestricted RN license in the practicing state.
Experience: At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience, preferably with geriatric populations.
Skills: Compassionate approach to resident care and strong communication abilities are essential.
