We are searching for a Financial Analyst, FP&A Intern for Summer 2024. This will be a paid internship working out of Chicago, IL or New Providence, NJ.

As a financial analyst intern, you will be responsible for monitoring financial trends. You will be involved in gathering and analyzing data about the market condition.
Collect operational and market data for financial analysis
Compare financial data with forecasts and plans to determine current financial condition
Identify trends and variances from the data
Deliver a unique recommendation to ensure cost and operational efficiency
Compile a comprehensive report of results and recommendation to be proposed to the management
Month end P&L close and forecast
Monthly Cash Flow actuals and forecast
Ad hoc projects and requests

Anticipated Duration: Summer 2024 Semester: June - August 2024

Hours: Full time: 40 hours per week

Pay Rate: $25.00/hour (undergraduate: students or recent graduates)

Location : Hybrid Chicago, IL or NY/NJ Region

Requirements
• Currently in 3rd or last year of Accounting & Finance studies (BS)
• Proficient in Office Suite, especially Excel
• Basic knowledge of accounting software (preferred)
