This position is located in Lewiston, ID in the Warrior Health Clinic at Lewis-Clark State College campus.Job Duties:
• Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and positivity.
• Monitor call queue and lobby for wait times or issues.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accuracy of patient accounts.
• Enter quality phone notes and prepare end-of-day deposit reconciliation paperwork.
• Schedule appointments and input insurance information accurately.
• Assist patients with portal registration and collect copays/outstanding balances.
• Collaborate with other departments and healthcare offices for effective communication.
• Uphold company values and demonstrate excellent customer service.Qualifications:
• Experience working with computers and basic office functions.
• Knowledge of cash drawer balancing, data entry, and multi-line phone systems.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate critical thinking.
• Prior experience or education in a medical office is preferred.Functional Demands:
