Job Summary:
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu, a leading senior care provider in Honolulu, Hawaii, is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Needed NAs and CNAs.
These are full-time, individual contributor roles in the healthcare/medical field, providing personalized care and support to our elderly clients.
Our ideal candidates will have a passion for helping others and a strong desire to make a positive impact in the lives of seniors.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $18 to $25 per hour, paid weekly.
In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and ongoing training and development opportunities.

Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises - Administer medications and provide medication reminders - Monitor clients' vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse or medical team - Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping tasks - Provide emotional support and companionship to clients - Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided - Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and care team to ensure the highest level of care is being provided - Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards Requirements:
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nurse Assistant (NA) license in the state of Hawaii - Prior experience working with seniors and/or those with disabilities preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds - Willingness to undergo a criminal background check and drug screening - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Call for more details:
