ACERCA DEL ROL

Efecta tareas no rutinarias de manera independiente en apoyo de los procesos de suscripcin, renovacin y reclamaciones de servicios de salud aplicando procedimientos y guas operacionales variadas bajo supervisin general.Puede fungir como adiestrador y conlleva uso de juicio para realizar anlisis y evaluacin de peticiones para determinar y ejecutar la accin adecuada.

LO QUE ESTARS HACIENDO
Apoya, asiste y orienta, a los clientes que visitan o llamanpara manejar sus peticiones sobre los productos de cubiertas de salud y otras plizas.
Tramita y procesa peticiones requeridas para completar la transaccin solicitada por el cliente como pagos, mantenimientos, suscripciones, reembolsos, reclamaciones, cartas, certificaciones, activaciones, cancelaciones, farmacia, y quejas y querellas.
Analiza e investiga las peticiones del cliente e interviene y trabaja con otros departamentos y divisiones de la empresa para lograr la resolucin del caso.
Evala y determina la accin a tomar sobre peticiones del cliente, de acuerdo a leyes aplicables.
Investiga y redacta documentos en ingls y espaol contestando peticiones de ser requerido.
Asiste al Supervisor, Gerente, Director en reuniones, preparacin de informes, auditoras o cualquier otra asignacin, segn sea necesario.

LO QUE DEBES TRAER

Grado Asociado en Administracin de Empresas, Mercadeo o Comunicaciones completado o al menos 60crditos universitarios o colegiales, con un ao de experiencia en servicio al cliente, preferiblemente. O en su lugar, Diploma de Escuela Superior con un mnimo de 3 aos de experiencia en servicio al cliente, preferiblemente.
