Testing Coordinator

Testing Coordinator?Operations & Technology?Puerto Rico General ResponsibilitiesResponsible for coordinating all Testing & Certification Activities.
Prepares and distributes Certification Estimates, Test Plans, Test Schedules, and Certification Results Documents based on information provided by Software Testers.
Attends and actively participates in Release Management Meetings.
Works with Software Testing System Administrators to ensure that Certification Environments are properly updated with necessary code and Test Data.
Coordinates with Change Management Group to ensure that tested software is properly implemented in Production Environments.
Analyzes requirements, designs test scenarios and scripts to validate requirements, estimates testing efforts, executes tests, documents defects, and validates defect fixes.
Performs duties through methods and actions that are consistently ethical and in total compliance with the laws, applicable regulations, Code of Ethics, corporate policies and guidelines and rules of conduct.
Completes corporate trainings and certifications intended for the detection and prevention of money laundering related activities and fraud, insider training and conflict of interest policies and procedures, as applicable.
Education and Experience Required Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, or Information Systems from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.
At least two (2) years of experience in Software Testing or working on Software Development Projects which are formally tested.
Knowledge and Skills Required Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills.
Must possess excellent documentation skills.
Must know about Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall and the role of testing within these methodologies.
Knowledge of other methodologies such as Scrum, XP, and TDD, among others, is a plus.
Previous experience working with JIRA is a plus.
Previous experience working with Selenium, Appium, and Java is a plus.
Structured and systematic with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must possess a proactive and adaptative approach.

00 PM Available to work extended hours, weekends and/or holidays as needed and the availability to travel as required supporting projects in the region.
