About the vacancy
The Maintenance Coordinator will optimize the reliability of the maintenance shop parts by managing the parts inventory, receiving, checking and issuing the incoming goods for the technical warehouse to the internal and external customer, the timely calling or purchase of materials and services and the execution of associated administration so that the internal and external customer is provided with the necessary materials and services at all times at the right time and in the right condition.
Prepare, plan, coordinate, control, evaluate the maintenance work that comes from periodically generated maintenance work and emerging work reported by operation, using the maintenance program.
Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to Implement the improvement proposals in the maintenance concept for both first-and second-line maintenance in the maintenance program.
Ensure that the basic condition of the installations is not compromised.
Manage the preventative maintenance program and responsible for the timely and correct recording of the work and follow-up of the planning.
Receiving goods, matching orders with packing slips, checking goods and escalating deviations to manager.
Manage and maintain the CMMS (Ultimo) to ensuring the correct authorization.
Place orders for goods in the designated storage locations and maintain cleanliness of the storage room.
Register and administer the intake and distribution of materials and goods, including registering barcodes, invoice control and time administration.
Develop effective training materials, tools, and resources.
Prepare/install visual postings for 5S and improvements (signs, markings, etc.).
Facilitate and participate in ongoing improvement projects involving 5S, Kaizen, etc.
Coordinate with leadership to implement projects (5S, Kaizen, etc.
At least 5 years of relevant experience and level of education HBO technique
Knowledge of ERP systems (Ultimo), technical maintenance planning, maintenance concepts and techniques
Knowledge of Microsoft office and other (technical) planning programs
Knowledge and experience in purchasing and warehousing parts
SCBA fit test required
