Job Title: Automotive Warranty Clerk (Contract to Hire)
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Pay Rate: $20-$22 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Automotive Warranty Clerk to join our clients team in West Palm Beach, FL. This position is contract to hire and offers competitive pay ranging from $20 to $22 per hour. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Process and submit warranty claims to manufacturers and suppliers.
Review and verify warranty claims for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain detailed records of all warranty claims and transactions.
Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers to resolve warranty issues.
Ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures.
Assist customers with warranty inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to gather necessary information for warranty claims.
Monitor warranty claim status and follow up as needed.
Requirements: Proven experience in the automotive industry, specifically in warranty processing.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in computer systems and software related to warranty processing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in automotive technology or related fields are a plus.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
