QA Analyst/Tester

Prepares and executes test cases. Experience in documenting test cases and procedures.

Software quality assurance (QA) analyst/tester, who verifies the functionality and reliability of software programs. They ensure software operates as intended, free of bugs.

Primary Responsibilities:

•Testing:
Performing manual and automated tests to identify defects and issues in the software.

•Documentation:
Documenting and reporting issues, including steps to reproduce them, for developers to address.

•Collaboration:
Working with developers and other team members to ensure software quality and identify potential improvements.

•Performance Analysis:
Evaluating software performance under various conditions and identifying areas for optimization.

•Test Script Creation:
Developing and maintaining test scripts to test processes.

Identifying and troubleshooting software issues.

•Technical skills:
Understanding software development processes and various testing techniques.

•Communication skills:
Effectively communicating test results and issues to development teams.

•Analytical skills:
Analyzing test data and identifying patterns in defects.

Ensuring thorough and accurate testing.

Tools and Technologies:

•Test management tools:
Jira, Qmetry

•Software:
working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. SAP S4 Hana, Mainframe knowledge preferred
