SCHEDULE IS SATURDAY-WEDNESDAY
SHIFT IS 11AM-7:30PM MON-WED AND 8:30AM-5PM SAT & SUN
A few details about the role:
Ensure resident satisfaction levels are achieved through quality and hospitality service focused initiatives and systems.
Monitor preventative maintenance programs for all campus related equipment, systems, programs, and other department equipment.
Assist with resident homes, health center and interior/ exterior renovation projects.
Assist with community security, emergency preparedness, life safety, fire and safety, and other required procedures; ensure procedures are communicated and residents and team members receive training on procedures, conduct periodic drills and implement corrective action as required, maintain implementation and monitoring records as required.
Monitor production and quality control standards for the department.
Monitor production activities including contracted services ensuring safety standards and regulatory compliance is met.
Oversee all employment related activities to include team member safety, hiring, performance management, corrective action, team member engagement and recognition, and team member development and training.
And here's what you need to apply: Certifications and Registered Nurse license and other licensure required by state regulations.
One year of nursing experience in a long-term facility is preferred.
